Hitachi High Technologies America (HTA) offers optional customer support and extended warranty plans for the NEL family of H.264/AVC encoders, decoders, and IRD's.  Extended warranty and enhanced customer support are offered separately.  Both the warranty and service plan must be purchased while the equipment is under the original manufacturer's warranty.  Please contact your HTA sales representative for details.
