- This printer is so small that it takes up a foot print of only 1,200 x 1,285 mm (3.9 x 4.2 feet).
Fast cycle time
- The PXH-1 has a cycle time of 7 seconds (not including printing time).
20 µm printing accuracy
- The printer's high-rigidity frame and table are complemented by the 2-camera calibration and other features to yield a repeatability of under 7.5 µm and a printing accuracy of less than 20 µm.

High reliability
Printed board inspection
- This function uses the board recognition camera to inspect for solder smudges, chips, bridges and other defects after printing. Process quality can be enhanced by inspecting the essential aspects of 0603mm (0201), CSP, QFP and other components.

Temperature control
- This function stabilizes the temperature and moisture levels inside the machine to help eliminate process problems related to environmental variations.
Backup pin position teaching
- This function uses the board recognition camera to verify placement of support pins to prevent damage to components on the bottom side.
Printing pressure feedback
- Load cells continuously monitor each squeegee and stop the machine if pressure exceeds the set value.
