Overview

A turret modular mounting system features both a high throughput and a high level of area productivity.

High throughput of 48,000 cph:

• High throughput of 48,000 cph with smallfootprint
• The mounter achieves an area productivity of 10,000 cph/m2 (under optimum operating conditions).
• The system makes it easy to construct an optimal production line, capable of adapting flexibly to a wide range of production patterns and volumes.
• Through cascade arrangement, a production line with higher total productivity can be constructed.

Dual tape feeder for operation over long periods:

• Introduction of a dual tape feeder allows a raise in the number of loading component types and to increase the operation rate of the system. (Maximum number of component types loaded: 80 types).
• Dual tape feeder allows use of both paper tape and embossed tape.
