Rapid Analysis of Oligosaccharides on the Hitachi LaChromUltra® Liquid Chromatography System Using Refractive Index Detection

This application note describes the separation of a 4-component mixture of oligosaccharides in less than 2 minutes. The peaks are well-resolved, and the method shows excellent reproducibility, linearity, and system suitability for all four analytes. The analysis was accomplished on a Hitachi LaChromUltra® Liquid Chromatography System equipped with a Refractive Index detector.
